SoBed™ is made of in the following components:
- Bedskirt - 100% ribbed fabric cotton. Height 13". Available in white and ivory.
- Featherbed - 100% cotton fabric, filled with 10% down and 90% feathers.
- Fitted sheet - 100% cotton percale. Available in white and ivory.
- Duvet - 100% cotton fabric, filled with 70% duvet and 30% feathers. Available in several sizes
- Duvet cover - 100% cotton percale. Available in white and ivory.
- Pillow (4) - 100% cotton fabric, filled with 70% down and 30% feathers. Available in synthetic.
- Pillowcase - 100% cotton percale. Available in white and ivory. Sold as a pair.

The bed has been selected specially for you by Sofitel and is available for purchase through the SoBoutique Collection. Each bed is sold as a mattress and box spring unit and is made to order. The shopping bag contains all the items you selected while you were shopping. When you add an item to your bag it will update the Shopping Bag Summary which appears after you add an item, or by clicking on the Shopping Bag link.
On the shopping bag page you can choose to continue shopping, delete items, update quantities, or check-out. To delete an item, set the quantity for that item to zero (0) and then press the 'Update Bag' button. When you're ready to complete your order, press the "Check Out" button.

On this order form page there are fields to enter your payment information (credit card type, card number, and expiration date). After entering this information, click on the "Finalize Order" button. By clicking on the "Finalize Order" button you are authorizing a charge to the credit card you have provided.
After clicking on the "Finalize Order" button you will be taken to a confirmation screen verifying that your order has been received. You will also receive an email of the order you have just placed.

Items are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in new/saleable condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund or exchange will be made as requested by the purchaser. For your protection, credit card information used to make your purchase is not retained in our system. Please contact us with this information if a credit is due to your account.
Please note that beds, pillows and opened bedding are not returnable.
For items being sent to our Returns department, please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail. This service is offered by USPS, UPS, FedEx and other carriers. Featherbed, Duvet and Pillows are the perfect partners for perfect sleep. Natural duck down-and feather filling will bring you downy softness for incomparable comfort and a new rest experience.
Filling has been anti-mite and allergy-free treated, in accordance with the European standards. Cover 100 % cotton fabric is anti-stain and leak-proof.
We recommend you to take good care of them, taping them every day in order to maintain the good filling distribution and keep them plump.
To enjoy the exceptional comfort of your featherbed, we recommend you to turn it over every week, inverting head and toe.
A cover has been designed to ensure its protection and longevity. This cover - washable in 60 °- allows avoiding repeated professional cleanings which could damage your featherbed, considering its density and its weight.

We strongly recommend the following instructions:
- Prewash all linens before use.
- Wash linens separately from anything else, particularly items that contain polyester.
Polyester “pills” and will shed its pilling on natural fibers, diminishing the smoothness and softness of the fabric.
In addition, garments with buttons or zippers can damage delicate linens in the wash.
Shrinkage will occur with all linens made of natural fibers, the amount of shrinkage ranging from 4 to 8 percent, depending on the fibers used. The sizing or our products allows for expected shrinkage. Linens washed in hot water or dried at hot temperatures will shrink excessively.

Washing terry towels before use begins the « breaking in » process, making them softer and more absorbent. Several washings are required for 100% cotton terry towels to achieve their maximum absorbency, softness and fluff.
We advise you not to use fabric softener which reduces the cotton fabric absorbency.

Line drying linens is ideal, leaving linens nearly wrinkle-free and smelling fresh, but using your dryer with the proper settings will bring about satisfactory results, leaving linens relatively wrinkle-free and soft.
Do not over-dry your linens by using a dryer setting that’s too hot. Remove your linens promptly to reduce wrinkling.
Terry towels: using dryer with cool-down temperature is particularly recommended for terry linen to remain soft and fluff, and preserve its absorbency.
